Transit Orientated Development. Frankston, VIC

Blueprint Australia represent the owners of a large scale redevelopment site located within the Health & Education precinct of the Frankston Major Activity Centre, and adjacent to the Frankston to Stony Point rail line.

In support of the proposed electrification of rail from Frankston to Baxter, a transit orientated development concept has been developed for the 2.2 hectare development site.

Incorporating approximately 60,000 m2 of commercial office and large format retail, function facilities, hotel / serviced apartment accommodation and retirement living / aged care accommodation, the development is proposed to integrate with a new metro standard 'Leawarra Station' and commuter car parking facilities, and strengthen strategic connections with Monash University Peninsula Campus and Frankston Hospital.

As development manager, [b1] management group is working with a diverse and multi-functional consultant team to liaise with State and Federal Government representatives, engage with the local community and stakeholders, refine master planning and concept design, and undertake detailed financial analysis via comprehensive financial feasibility modelling.
